There are so many websites in internet who offer you to create a website freely or paid.Today iam not going to discuss about paid sevices..but iam gonna discuss about free service.Before starting a website you must know what are the features that the hostprovider providing you like discspace,fileupload limit,bandwidth,etc....etc...If you are satisfied with features provided by the hosting service sign up to your first website and begin your work.
The above two sites are best hosting providers.In that wapka.mobi has more features when compared to the xgtem.com But i suggest you to select Xtgem.com because xtgem.com sites are indexed easily in google which increase your site traffic when compared with the wapka.mobi.How ever both are good you may select any one But as per the features wapka.mobi is the best.

I think your first and second steps are completed now move to third step.You have created a site and everything is done.Whats next?
Yes,You have to write some content...or else whats the use of creating a site.The sites which i said above doesn't require any programming skills.But if you Know basic programming language like HTML it wil help you to create your site attractively.You can learn it with in a week.Got to w3schools.com and learn it..step by step.

How to get visitors to your site?There are so many sites in internet and you must question your self why should a user visit your site only but not other sites.If a user want to visit your site you must have a good content in your site.Content is the king.If you have good content the users automatically visit your site daily.So write a good content what ever the topic it may be.Post your website link on forums,blogs to get more visitors to your site.Participate in link exchange with other site owners.There are so many other ways to get traffic i wil discuss later on that.
