How to Merge Multiple Yahoo or Gmail Accounts into Single Gmail Inbox

Gmail has Added Account feature through which you can merge multiple Yahoo and Gmail accounts into one Gmail account. By enabling this feature you can send mails with different email Id’s (gmail or anyother server) from your gmail account.You can also set your emailaccount to recieve emails from other accounts.

Here is the step-by-step guide to use Multiple Email Address in single Gmail inbox.

*. First of all, Click on the Gears Icon and Select Settings option from it.
*. In Gmail Settings, select Accounts and Import tab.
*. In Send Mail As section, click on Add another Email Address your Own option.
*. Now a pop-up window will open, give Email Address that you want to add in your existing Gmail account and click Next Step button.
*. In next window choose Send Through Gmail option and click on Next Step button.
*. Now click on Send Verification button.
*. It will ask you to Verify Email Address. Login to specified Email address and open Email message of Gmail Team .
*. Here you have to perform two steps for verification. Firstly, click on the Verification Link and then copy the Confirmation Code .
*. Paste this Copied code in Window which you have left after 5 th step and click on Verify button.
*. That’s it! Now Compose a Email, here you will see a drop-down window in From address filed containing all the Email Address that you have added.
*. Select your desired Email Address and after composing the message click on Send button.

note:- A From Address field with dropdown menu will appear when you compose an Email Message. This From field will allow you to select another Email address. But remember From field option will appear only in the standard Gmail version not in Basic Gmail HTML version.

How to Recieve Message From Other Gmail Address in Single Gmail Account

*. First of all, Click on the Gears Icon and Select Settings option from it.
*. In Gmail Settings, select Accounts and Import tab.
*. In Check Mail From Other Accout section, click on Add POP3 Email Account your Own option. *. In Email Address field, specify your other Gmail address and click on Next Step button. *. Now give Password of your specified Email Address in Password field and then click on Add Account button.
*. Now if you also wantto send Email Address from the specified Email address then select Yes radio button and click on Next Step . Otherwise, Choose No and click on Finish button.
*. If you have chosen Yes option then follow the steps from the 4 th step of above section Send Message From Other Email Address Using Gmail . All these features make Gmail Giant of all Email services and Gmail is frequently adding more and more features to enhance user experience.
